Licensed Support Services · Adults with Disabilities
APD Personal Supports
Hands-on, person-centered support through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) — helping adults with disabilities with daily living, community life, and independence.
- Qualified through APD approval process & credentialing
Direct Support Services
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Eating assistance and meal support
- Medication assistance (per APD guidelines)
- Support with routines, structure, and daily living skills
Community & Independence Support
- Transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Support with shopping, errands, and community participation
- Skill-building for independence (cleaning, cooking, organizing, budgeting)
- Social and recreational engagement
- Safety monitoring and behavior support (non-clinical)
Household & Life Management
- Light housekeeping
